1. Scope & Acceptance

By using the PixaRoll platform you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any order forms or statements of work.

  • These terms apply to pilots, paid subscriptions, and managed deployments.
  • Updates will be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date adjusted accordingly.
  • Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

2. License & Use

  • PixaRoll grants you a non-transferable license to access the platform for your internal business purposes.
  • You may not resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the software or content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring end users comply with these terms.
  • All intellectual property in the platform remains the exclusive property of PixaRoll.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To keep the service secure and effective you agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information and promptly update changes.
  • Configure permissions, escalation rules, and human oversight for AI workflows.
  • Ensure all uploaded data complies with applicable laws and you have the right to share it.
  • Protect login credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

  • Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you agree to pay.
  • You may cancel at any time; service will continue through the end of the current billing period.
  • We retain account data for 30 days after termination unless you request earlier deletion.

5. AI Usage & Limitations

  • AI outputs are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate.
  • You are responsible for reviewing important responses before sharing them externally.
  • We may suspend access for abusive behavior, malicious training content, or policy violations.
  • Optional fine-tuning or model training occurs only with your explicit consent.

6. Data Ownership & Confidentiality

  • You retain all rights to business data, knowledge base content, and customer interactions.
  • PixaRoll acts as a processor and uses your data solely to provide the contracted services.
  • Both parties agree to keep proprietary or confidential information secure.
  • Security measures include encryption, access controls, monitoring, and regular audits.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, documentation, logos, and proprietary technology are owned by PixaRoll and protected by global IP laws. Nothing in these terms grants ownership of our IP to you.

8. Service Changes

We may enhance, update, or discontinue features to improve reliability and security. For material changes, we will provide reasonable prior notice and offer migration guidance if needed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. PixaRoll’s aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). Both parties consent to Singapore as the exclusive venue and English as the governing language.

11. General Terms

  • Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect.
  • Entire agreement: These terms, along with any order forms, constitute the full agreement between you and PixaRoll.

Availability

We monitor uptime and provide proactive notifications. You provide timely access to stakeholders for fixes.

Security

PixaRoll secures infrastructure; you manage user permissions, device hygiene, and internal policies.

Transparency

We share product roadmaps and incidents. You share planned campaigns or major changes impacting automations.

Support

We answer within one business day; you provide context, logs, and priority so we can resolve issues quickly.

Compliance

We maintain DPAs and regional safeguards. You ensure usage aligns with regulations relevant to your industry.

Offboarding

We assist with exports and deletions. You confirm when data can be destroyed and revoke integrations.
